Perfect Fit Blinds and how they work
Perfect fit blinds are a fabulous solution for your window shading solutions but where and how do they fit?
Four main factors are:-
1. Window size
2. The room itself and the likelihood of moisture caused by steam or water vapour.
3. The direction the window is facing and the amount of heat/sun it will receive.
4. Budget.
So let’s look at how they fit.
The perfect fit system is designed so that the blind fits to each individual pane of glass.
This means that you can fit the blinds to all windows, even those that open or and close and the blind goes with it when it moves.
How do we do this?
We fit a small extruded aluminium frame to the existing window frame that fits individually up to each pane of glass in the frame.
The frame can be supplied in various colours and it is held in position with small brackets that slide along the glass and into the main window frame. These are not visible once the extruded frame is clipped into position.
The actual blind sits within the extruded frame and can be raised and lowered manually.
What kind of blinds fit in the Perfect Fit Frame?
We can fit Roller Blinds, Venetian Blinds and Pleated Blinds into the frames.
With each of those we have a multitude of patterns and colours to choose from.
We can supply each type in blackout versions and also thermal blinds to help with heat retention in winter or reflection in the hot summer sun.
The slats in the venetians’ can easily be tilted too.
Introducing ‘Intu’. for bi-folding doors
These are designed to fit similarly into Bi-folding Doors. The design allows the doors to be totally folded together without damaging the blinds.
